Are you or someone you know interested
in joining the Catholic Church? Are you
interested in being baptized? Have you been baptized Catholic but never
received the Sacrament of Confirmation? Questions
about the Catholic Church, Church teachings and the
Catholic faith are discussed during the Inquiry phase of the RCIA
(Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults). All are welcome to attend
these informative sessions. If you are considering joining the
Catholic Church or completing your initiation process in the Catholic
Church and would like more information about the RCIA,

PRAYER GROUP: Join in prayer
for the sake of faith formation in our
parishes from 6-8:15 pm on all Wednesday nights faith formation
is held. Stop in for five minutes or stay for the entire time.
Come once or every week. Prayer will be held in the small chapel
in St. Mary's Cathedral lower church.

Theology on Tap,
faith conversations and fellowship for people in their 20's & 30's,
held at 7pm the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Granite City Brewery in St.
Cloud. More information on the St.

In the Ministry in
the Word is a catechist formation program sponsored through Catholic
Education Ministries. Each two hour session focuses upon a different
aspect of basic formation that helps the catechist become more effective
and confident in their ministry of catechesis. This formal, structured,
sequential training process is available free of charge to any parish in
the Diocese of St. Cloud. Upon completion of all 16 sessions, the
catechist will receive a certificate. See

The Ministry
Formation Program is an outreach of Catholic Education Ministries in
collaboration with Saint John's University in which undergraduate level
courses are offered in various sites around the Diocese. Our goal is to
offer the best in theological education at a level that builds up church
ministries throughout the Diocese, while remaining cost effective and

DATING FOR SUCCESSFUL
MARRIAGE: You are invited to an evening of faith and fellowship for
couples! Explore new ways to love your spouse and discover how dating
impacts marriage. Learn how grace allows us to live the way God intends.
The next Covenant of Love gathering will be Sunday, May 16, from 6:30 to
8:30 pm at the Pastoral Center in St. Cloud, 305 7th Ave. N. There will

MAYFEST: The SASM
Spring Fundraiser, May Fest, is May 27th from 5-9 p.m. This is a
family-friendly event with great music by The Fabulous Armadillos, food,
and a raffle featuring over 100 great prizes. Raffle tickets are $5.00
and can be purchased at the school office, St. Augustine's parish
office, and St. Mary's parish office.

VALLEYFAIR TRIP: Come
enjoy a day on fun with your friends! Grades 6-12 can join us on Mon.,
June 7. Cost is $32 and registration forms are due to St. Augustine’s
by May 26. Contact your parish for more information.

GIRLS’ CAMP: The
Franciscan Sister of Little Falls are hosting a Franciscan Girls’ Camp
entitled, “Faith and Fun with the Franciscans,” on Tuesday, June 29
(10am) to Thursday, July 1 (6 pm) in Assisi Park, located on the grounds
at St. Francis Convent, Little Falls. Girls in grades 6-8 are invited to
enjoy a variety of activities, campfire, prayer and singing.
Participants will discover their unique gifts and become aware of God’s
presence in their lives—all while camping outdoors in the beauty of

FUN, FOOD, FUND DAY
The St. Cloud Diocesan Council of Catholic Women (DCCW)will be
sponsoring the 20th annual Fun, Food, Fund Day event on Thursday, June
17, 2010 at St. Augustine’s Parish. The day begins with Mass at 8:30
am, followed by registration, coffee and rolls, entertainment, silent
auction, lunch and door prizes. Tickets are $12.00 if purchased before
June 7th, ($17 after June 7th) and may be purchased from Geri Novotny,
240-6525. Geri will be selling tickets after Sunday Masses on May 23rd
andJune 6th. The theme is Bienvenue, St. Cloud, France to St. Cloud, MN.
Dress in French theme or colors. Give any silent auction item donations

TEE TIME! Bring your
friends to the 6th Annual School Sister of Notre Dame Golf Tournament
Benefit to be held at the Daytona Golf Club in Dayton, MN on Tue., June
22. Men and women are invited to play. It will be a four-person, 18 hole
scramble format, $400 per foursome—$100 per person (includes golf,
carts, range balls, buffet dinner and prizes.) A card tournament
offering Bridge and 500 will also be held at $35 per entry (includes
cards, buffet meal and prizes.) All proceeds will benefit the SSND Fund

RETREAT:
The Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls invite the public to attend a
retreat entitled, “On Earth as in Heaven: Participating in a World
Good Enough for God,” on Sunday, July 18, 7 pm—Saturday, July 24, 12
noon, at St. Francis Convent, Little Falls. Retreat director, Sister
Gabriele Uhlein, is a Franciscan Sister, theologian and artist. She will
offer participants practical ways of cultivating a contemporary
Christology that is both hope-filled and theologically sound. This
retreat is an opportunity to look at how God is still with us and
present in all the day-to-day events of our lives. This contemplative
retreat will celebrate the incarnate sacredness of our relationships
with our God, our earth community, our human community, and our
religious community in a world good enough for God. Pre-register by June
